RV LOTS FOR SALE OR LEASE - North Star Resort
North Star Resort is located on Sherman’s Point in Wigwam Bay, on the southwest side of Mille Lacs Lake in Minnesota. We have 64 generous-sized RV lots, large enough for park models or larger RVs, plus plenty of room for a deck, parking, and an 8x10 storage shed if desired! 76% of the property as surveyed is open space.
40 of our lots are “Seasonal Sites” (May1-September 30). These lots have full hook-ups with 30-amp service. The remaining 24 lots are “Winterized Sites” (year-round). These lots have full hookups with 50-amp service. For our Winterized Sites, we have designated ice house storage on the grounds (not on your RV site)! All of our sites are individually metered for electric.
We feature our own boat ramp and deep-water harbor (36 slips) with a stone breakwater in a naturally sheltered area of the lake. You may purchase or lease a boat slip in addition to your lot (one per site) as available.
Our bathhouse (which doubles as a storm shelter) is tiled from top to bottom and has three stalls and three showers each for men and women.
Our fish cleaning house provides a convenient place to filet your day’s catch.
There are two swingsets nestled in sand to keep the little ones entertained, not to mention swimming and fishing from our docks!
For the more mature crowd, we’re only 1 ½ miles north of the Grand Casino. Simply call the shuttle, and they’ll pick you up at your door!
